Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning of Charleston is seeking an operations manager to oversee daily production, scheduling, inventory, and customer accounts. You will train staff, develop the commercial client base, and help recruit and onboard window cleaners.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily work orders and ensure weekly completion.
• Inventory window cleaning equipment and ensure tool functionality.
• Manage commercial accounts and coordinate with customer contacts.
• Assist recruitment, hiring and training of window cleaners.
• Conduct weekly safety training and document safety incidents.
• Develop commercial customer base through direct cold-call sales and follow-up calls.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals.
• Clean windows as needed.
