Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations at our facility. You will lead a team, plan labor, manage inventory, and ensure safe, accurate, and timely execution of customer requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, data-driven decisions, and focus on productivity, safety, and cost efficiency. Weekend hours may be needed, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership, with specific experience in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management (onsite ordering, picking, packing, and shipping).
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals to dynamically meet company KPIs.
  • Proven ability in resolving conflicts, managing team dynamics, and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers and other business areas.
  • Physical requirements lifting at least 40 lbs, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed, in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels. Note: After an offer is accepted, all selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily execution and overall operational performance of a Warehouse & Logistics facility. This role provides direct leadership to warehouse associates and operational support staff while ensuring customer requirements are executed safely, accurately, efficiently, and on time.

The Supervisor is expected to take full ownership of assigned operations, including labor planning, productivity, service performance, inventory accuracy, safety, quality, facility organization, and customer execution. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on leader who uses operational data to make decisions, proactively identifies risks, communicates effectively, and drives accountability throughout the operation.
