Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Team Lead to join our Configure to Order Operations team at the Logistics Center. This role manages daily operations, oversees shipments, inventory accuracy, and collaborates with the Operations Supervisor to maintain a productive, compliant team focused on meeting customer demands.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of leadership in warehouse/logistics, experience with WMS/ERP, strong conflict resolution skills, and the physical ability to lift 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e‑commerce operations.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/ or Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERPs) and skills in monitoring daily production goals and dynamically adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and expertly managing team dynamics to foster a productive, efficient, and cohesive work environment.
• Physical requirements to lift at least 40 lbs, with frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping as required for the role.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Reasonably expected salary range: $53,600.00 - $67,000.00
