Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations, maintain readiness, and model company values. This role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on executing shipment, replenishment, and stock organization with a strong emphasis on inventory accuracy and safety.

The ideal candidate will coach associates, drive visual standards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution across daily activities and customer service excellence.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business

• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
