About The Role

The Supervisor of Operations provides supervision, assigns tasks, maintains schedules, and verifies the quality of technical service delivery. You will ensure that Insight’s onsite and field service personnel meet and exceed client expectations while overseeing the team's administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel and processes within the operations area.
• Manage daily activities, assess efficiency, and implement necessary changes.
• Develop business practices for Service Delivery, including planning, forecasting, and resource management.
• Build and maintain relationships across departments for effective communication and collaboration.
• Work with Service Management to deliver integrated solutions following industry best practices.
• Support internal and external customers, monitoring activities to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage and report Accounts Receivable issues with the Sales Team.
• Analyze revenue, costs, and trends, supporting the Service Delivery Management Team.
• Forecast revenue and costs by branch and regional geographies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
