Job Description: Supervisor, Operations

Location: This is a full-time onsite opportunity in our Fort Worth, Texas Office

Hours: 9 am - 6 pm

About the Role

The Supervisor of Operations provides immediate supervision, assigns tasks, maintains schedules, and verifies the quality of technical service delivery. You will ensure that Insight's onsite and field service personnel meet and exceed client expectations, overseeing daily administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel and processes within the operations area
• Manage daily activities, assess efficiency, and implement improvements
• Develop business practices addressing Service Delivery needs, including planning, forecasting, and resource management
• Build and maintain relationships across departments for effective communication and collaboration
• Work closely with Service Management to deliver integrated solutions aligned with industry best practices
• Support internal and external customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Manage and report Accounts Receivable issues with the Sales Team
• Analyze revenue, costs, and trends supporting the Service Delivery Management Team
• Forecast revenue and costs by branch and region
• Perform additional duties as assigned
