Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience building a culture of safety and leading teams.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices through observations and safety discussions.
• Assign and adjust tasks across receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
• Monitor production volume and inventory movements; communicate workload plans.
• Lead shift briefings and provide performance feedback.
• Mentor associates and support HR-related inquiries and associate relations.
• Resolve equipment issues and drive process improvements.
• Hire and develop talent; support upward promotion opportunities.
