Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 3–5 years of operations experience in a chemical distribution setting.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT and related regulations preferred.
• Ability to lead and supervise branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily safe, efficient, legal operations of the assigned branch.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Support sales with regulatory compliance.
• Lead safety audits and incident investigations.
• Monitor branch performance for cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and supervise staff.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities to meet goals.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, and warehouse operations.
• Maintain budgets and operating plans to meet branch goals.
