Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group in Dallas seeks a Warehouse Lead to partner with management in planning daily activities and workload, guiding associates to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will supervise labor allocation, train staff, coordinate with vendors, operate RF scanners, and maintain accurate records. A high school diploma and supervisory experience are required; ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury fulfillment environment is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Your Role

• The Warehouse Lead role will be primarily responsible for assisting the Manager and Supervisor in planning and directing daily activities and workload of associates

What You’ll Do

• Provide support to Manager/Supervisor by contributing to labor allocation, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers
• Drive workflow and daily production goals
• Work hands-on in the fulfillment center as needed
• Train, teach, and coach associates on department standard operating procedures as well as provide feedback to Manager/Supervisor as applicable
• Comprehensive utilization of warehouse systems including the RF scanner, User Interface, or handwritten log as applicable
• Must be proficient in departmental processes as applicable to your assigned area
• Responsible for knowing all aspects of the department Interact with internal areas as needed for problem resolution and troubleshooting
• Ability to work in both, office and warehouse environment
• Communicate vendor and processing issues to leadership team
• Communicate with fellow associates on shared assignments
• Verify accuracy per SOP, and record/communicate discrepancies
• Attend department meetings and provide training needs/updates
• Flex as needed to other job assignments directed by management team within the facility
• Adhere to NM Safety standards
• Capable of working in a team environment, and in various departments across the facility
• Distribute work to associates within department and/or area as directed by Manager, Supervisor
• Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment to meet our customers expected level of service

What You Bring: ESSENTIAL ABILITIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma

Salary Range $17.05 - $21.32*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
