Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, maintaining quality, guiding a team, and driving continuous improvement. Strong leadership and Lean Six Sigma experience are valued, along with experiences in enterprise-level processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of an assigned manufacturing area.
• Ensure product/service quality through proper resources and standards.
• Lead supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, internal and external.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma.
• Maintain safety and improve team member safety.
• Hire, manage career development, and assess performance of assigned team members.
• Support, communicate and defend the mission and culture of the organization.
• Attend applicable internal or external customer meetings.
• Participate on special project teams.
• Support new product introduction activities.
