As the Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the guest and staff experience at Netflix House, managing areas such as ticketing, attractions, and guest flow. Your role includes developing staffing plans, recruiting, training, and ensuring smooth daily operations to deliver exceptional fan experiences. You will lead a team with passion and dedication, fostering a positive environment and ensuring success.

This salaried, on-site role reports to the Assistant General Manager and is based in King of Prussia, PA.

What You Will Do

• Manage daily operations including entry greeting, ticket sales, attractions, and ticket scanning.
• Ensure top-tier fan service and handle service recovery within budget.
• Act as Manager on Duty and Safety on Duty.
• Develop staffing, training, and deployment strategies with leadership.
• Support employee development and provide ongoing feedback.
• Optimize operations for efficiency and guest flow.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet operational KPIs.
• Encourage innovation within teams and external partners.
