Job summary

National Seating & Mobility is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to respond to service calls, repair equipment, and assemble seating and mobility products across branch, field, clinics, schools, and care environments. You will manage inventory for custom and stock items and deliver equipment with instruction and compliance support.

The role requires physical ability to lift 50 lbs, successful drug and background checks, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and makes quality repairs in multiple environments (branch, field, clinics, schools, care homes).
• Assembles seating, mobility, specialty ADL and home accessibility equipment per factory and clinical specs.
• Provides inventory control and counts for all custom, special orders and stock items.
• Delivers equipment as directed by Branch operations and Field leadership, including fitting, instruction, compliance, and customer service requirements.
• Provides technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed.
