Sharps Compliance, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Pennsylvania. You will support daily facility operations to ensure safe, compliant processing of regulated medical waste and work with the Operations Manager to lead a team.

Qualificações

• Two or more years of customer service experience required.
• Experience supervising or coordinating others.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily facility and processing operations with Operations Manager.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
• Oversee waste transfer, segregation, processing, and disposal.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and readiness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and company policies.
• Stage supplies and equipment for daily production.
• Perform routine quality control on sharps washing equipment and containers.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance with Maintenance Technician.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, coaching.
• Review payroll hours and labor utilization.
• Identify productivity, safety, and workflow improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
