Sharps Medical Waste Services is seeking a dedicated Sharps Supervisor to oversee on-site patient-related waste operations across assigned facilities. You will lead technicians, coordinate daily routes, and ensure safety, compliance, and timely service.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and up to 75% travel while maintaining professionalism in healthcare settings. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to 75% travel across West Louisiana, portions of Texas, and Arkansas.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Sharps Technicians at customer facilities.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and service schedules.
• Coach and train employees to maintain safety standards.
• Onboard and train new employees on procedures.
• Ensure proper handling and transport of medical waste containers.
• Monitor schedules and address delays or service concerns.
• Serve as primary contact for customer questions and issues.
