Covenant Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day shift operations at the Lithia Springs site. You will directly supervise Warehouse Associates, with authority over discipline and employment status decisions, and collaborate with the General Manager to meet safety and productivity targets.

The role requires leadership of labor planning, continuous improvement, and training initiatives to maximize performance in a fast-paced facility. Experience with WMS/SAP is a plus.

Formación

• Diploma or GED Equivalency, required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist General Manager to Ensure; Building Safety & Planning.
• Plan labor to follow production or customer needs.
• Track and train associates to maximize utilization.
• Conduct daily start up meetings, present daily plan, and provide updates.
• Train, motivate and assist in the development and growth of employees.
• Implement and maintain continuous improvement program.
• Study processes using Lean, Six Sigma, 5S to improve processes and eliminate waste.
