DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a frontline team and optimize warehouse operations in Roanoke, TX. You will drive safety, coaching, and performance, ensuring efficient, compliant daily activities across our facilities.

With 1+ years in operations leadership and a degree, you’ll guide KPIs, staffing plans, and process improvements while upholding a collaborative, inclusive culture in a large-scale logistics network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• Staff management and workload planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.
• Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
