Victoria’s Secret in Denver is seeking an Operations Supervisor to drive store readiness and operational execution. You will lead shipments, replenishment, inventory control, cleanliness, safety, and compliance, while coaching associates and coordinating with store leadership.

This role may expand to broader business leadership in larger locations and requires values-based leadership that models company standards and teamwork to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
