Convergint is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead projects and drive customer satisfaction within our growing service organization. You will oversee resources, coordinate project teams and ensure on-time delivery while upholding Convergint's values.

• Assists the Operations Manager and oversees Project Managers and/or Coordinators in all aspects of the project.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience:

• 3-5 years relevant operations supervision experience
• Experience managing multiple low-voltage installation projects at a time

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare

Licenses & Certifications

Drive Not CDL (required)

The anticipated compensation of this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annual salary.
