Qualifications

• 2–4 years related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Advanced computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly staff to meet customer requirements and Penske goals.
• Supervise operations including scheduling, loading/unloading, and documentation.
• Provide coaching and corrective action as needed.
• Conduct team meetings and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain records and reports accurately and timely.
