Pet Food Experts in Suwanee, GA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to plan, organize, and monitor warehouse storage, selection, and distribution. Lead a team to meet internal and external delivery requirements and develop staff for success.

This role starts Monday-Friday at 2:00pm, with a salary range of $70,000–$80,000 per year plus an annual bonus target of 7.5%. The company offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive, community-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail distribution setting is required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience is essential.
• Forklift/reach truck certification and safety awareness needed.
• Proficient with WMS and time/attendance systems; strong English communication.
• 3–5 years warehousing with 2 years supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse activities to ensure smooth, efficient operations and on-time delivery.
• Plan and coordinate workload, train and motivate staff, and monitor performance.
• Maintain morale and provide hands-on direction to achieve operational success.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing staff development; ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain accuracy in inventory and participate in process improvements.
