Job summary

Pet Food Experts is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee storage, selection and distribution while leading a warehouse team. You will plan work, train staff, monitor performance and ensure safe, efficient operations to meet customer delivery needs.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing with supervisory experience, strong English communication and hands-on guidance. Expect a Mon-Fri schedule and a competitive salary with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail distribution setting is preferred.
• Strong reading and writing in English; clear communication.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Proficient with WMS and basic Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to operate warehousing equipment including forklift, reach truck.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and monitor storage, selection and distribution of items.
• Coordinate warehouse activities and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team; monitor performance and safety.
• Provide hands-on instruction to ensure operational success.
• Maintain staffing levels and support hiring, training, and off-boarding.
