CHS Inc. in Napoleon, ND is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily site operations, oversee inventory, and coordinate maintenance of facility equipment. You will supervise a team, provide direction, and ensure safe, efficient service to patrons while maintaining strong communication with leadership.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years in operations, and the ability to work extended hours. Pre-employment screenings may apply; prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required depending on job requirements and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on supervisor, overseeing daily operations and providing general work direction to ensure efficient, safe service to patrons.
• Schedule production to meet plant requirements, accounting for sequence, clean-out procedures, orders and inventory.
• Supervise plant maintenance to ensure operation, repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee inventories, both ingredients and finished products.
• Enforce safety rules and administer company/government regulations.
• Train team members on duties, safety, equipment, and quality control.
