Job summary

Neovia is hiring an Operations Supervisor II for the Aurora, Illinois facility to supervise daily operations on the 2nd shift. The role focuses on implementing corporate policies, directing resources, and ensuring efficient distribution of products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervision experience in a multi-shift operation, strong math skills, and the ability to read and interpret complex documents. Warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Currently works in an operation with many variables and multishift or process area responsibility, and has substantial responsibility with no or very limited ongoing direct supervision OR
• Has 5+ years of experience and a track record of performance with demonstrated proficiency and ability to deliver results.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
