Job summary

Neovia Logistics Services is seeking an Operations Manager I in Grand Rapids, MI. You will manage and coordinate facility operations, plan resources, and implement policies to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, or coordinate the purchasing of materials and equipment to ensure an uninterrupted supply at optimal cost.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate all operational activities required for timely and efficient distribution of products.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate the support for a client’s operation and optimize costs.
• Manage, plan, or coordinate subordinate staff, reviews, and assesses performance, supports their professional development to optimize their contribution.
• Other duties as assigned.
