Job summary

Neovia Logistics Services (NLS) seeks an Operations Supervisor I to oversee facility operations, implement policies, and optimize material and labor usage to meet business needs. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely distribution of products from Greenfield, IN.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of relevant experience, basic math skills, and the ability to read, write, and interpret documents.

Supervise the operations of the facility, including formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources to meet the business requirements.
