Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Provo, Utah who will oversee Receiving, Pick and Pack, Order Verification, Shipping, and Returns. You will communicate expectations, monitor performance, and coach staff to achieve operational excellence and maintain safety standards.

You will lead scheduling, coordinate with the Operations Manager, ensure SLAs are met, and implement process improvements to boost productivity and quality in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse.

This position involves strategic planning and approval processes to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. The supervisor will effectively communicate job expectations to team members, monitor their performance, and provide coaching and guidance to foster professional development. Additionally, the supervisor will enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues through appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
