Job summary

Neovia Logistics Services is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor for 1st shift in Georgetown, TX. The role focuses on leading the inventory team, ensuring accurate cycle counts, audits, and continuous improvement of facility health across multiple clients.

The supervisor will coordinate with the HQ Facility Health Team, manage internal audits, and drive root-cause analyses while guiding the team through actionable improvements. Flex scheduling may be required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in warehouse/inventory roles.
• Data querying/analysis from multiple sources.
• Detailed knowledge of inventory and storage philosophies.
• Client-facing experience and business acumen.
• Able to work flex schedule or off shifts as required.
• Strong leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of inventory team including cycle counts and other audits.
• Supervise resources for facility letdown, rearrangement and slotting.
• Monitor and interpret reports to improve total Facility Health.
• Serve as primary contact for facility health activities with HQ team.
• Oversee external services supporting facility health activities.
• Develop RCCA analyses with conclusions to drive improvement.
• Create and supervise work instructions for tasks.
• Coordinate workload distribution and team accountability.

The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor will provide facility level overall health/ inventory support. Supervise team in running of day-to-day client operations and improvement projects for complex clients or multiple clients. Primary goal is to provide clients and facility manager an objective internal audit processes to understand root cause and drive improvement

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise all aspects of inventory team including cycle counts and other supporting audits.
• Supervise all aspects of resources focused on ongoing facility letdown, rearrangement and slotting.
• Monitor and interpret results of reports necessary to improve and sustain total Facility Health.
• Primary contact for facility health activities working closely with Headquarters Facility Health Team.
• Supervise and/or monitor external services supporting facility health activities.
• Supervise and produce detailed RCCA’s analysis, with organized conclusions for drive improvement.
• Oversee and develop work instructions to perform tasks.
• Supervise projects and distribute workload to team members with accountability for the teams’ results.
• Other duties as assigned.
