Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its Livingston, CA manufacturing operations. You will oversee shift activities, drive safety and quality, and lead a team of up to 40 employees to meet production goals with a focus on continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong production-floor presence to ensure customer specifications are met. Relocation assistance is not offered.

• Ability to communicate effectively with production staff and management.
• Ability to supervise up to 40 employees.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure efficient use of staff and equipment to meet production requirements while minimizing costs and overtime.
• Maintain, enforce, and support facility policies and procedures related to safety, quality, productivity and employee attendance.
• Train and develop assigned shift employees to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Analyze operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting employee engagement and accountability.
• Collaborate with Production, Plant, Quality, and Maintenance leadership to improve efficiency, equipment reliability, and product quality.
• Provide hands-on floor leadership, including troubleshooting equipment issues and maintaining a strong production-floor presence.
• Ensure production areas are orderly, equipment is fully operational, and all products meet customer specifications.
