Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s degree in a field related to business or health care preferred.
• 1+ year of full-time health care experience in crisis situations.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the RN Supervisor, BHC, PCT, RN, and BHMP to ensure a safe environment and quality care for those served.
• Provide oversight to Patient Care Technicians and other staff to assist in patient throughput and intake/discharge processes.
