• Supports training programs to develop skills and grow revenue.
• Assists in annual employee reviews and supervises performance issues.
• Ensures attendance and timekeeping procedures are followed.
• Staffing level is aligned with guidelines; daily adjustments may be made based on business needs.
• Trains employees per company safety, health, and sanitation standards.
