Ashley Furniture Industries in North Carolina is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Distribution center on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 5 pm–3:30 am). You will lead frontline associates, optimize daily flow, and champion a safety-first culture to keep operations moving efficiently.

You'll own staffing, workflow, and on-the-fly problem solving, track key metrics, and communicate with leadership to align teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a leadership role within operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience in distribution or warehouse environments is a major plus.
• Strong planning, organizational, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline associates and set the tone for teamwork, accountability, and inclusion.
• Own daily operations from staffing and workflow to on-the-fly problem solving.
• Keep safety sacred by championing a safety-first mindset and ensuring protocols are followed.
• Track key metrics, analyze performance, and translate insights into action to drive improvement.
• Foster clear communication between leadership and the floor to maintain transparency and alignment.
