Job summary

Victoria’s Secret is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations and readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and focuses on executing shipments, replenishment, and stock organization to maintain frontline readiness.

The supervisor will drive coaching, adherence to safety standards, and partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store execution and policy compliance.

• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
