Victoria's Secret is seeking an Operations Supervisor to drive store readiness and operational execution. You will lead shipment, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and daily back-of-house standards while modeling company values and coaching associates.

As a Store Leadership team member, you will collaborate with partners, execute daily workforce management, maintain visual standards, and escalate issues to ensure seamless customer experiences across the location.

Job description

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.
