Responsibilities

• Functions as the local liaison between Pike Engineering and the client.
• Supervision and/or mentoring of design staff.
• Represent Pike Engineering by communicating with client, employees, and management.
• Direct project workflow and coordinate efforts to meet codes and client standards.
• Approve timesheets and manage personnel within area of responsibility.
• Assist in transitioning new employees and onboarding to procedures.
