Summary

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with the management of the department including day-to-day tasks, responsibilities, and related projects.

Details

  • Full-Time: 40 Hours Per Week
  • 1st Shift: 8am - 4:30pm
  • Monday - Friday
  • Onsite: Behavioral Health Department

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key member of management; understand the business, financials, industry, customers, and strategy.
  • Supervise employees, provide direction, coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Support team members, promote efficient operations, quality care, and excellent customer service for pediatric patients.
  • Participate in staff development and education, ensuring compliance with quality projects and improvement plans.
  • Develop and maintain processes supporting physicians and clinical staff for patient flow, documentation, and communication.
  • Manage department budget and control expenditures.
  • Maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies in high quality condition, arranging repairs as needed.
  • Ensure appropriate inventory levels and facilitate procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Provide care that addresses physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients of all ages.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for staff.
  • Perform other duties as required.
