Job summary

Hallmark is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Supply Chain at our Lawrence, Kansas facility on the 2nd shift (Fri–Mon, 7:30 am–5:30 pm). You will lead up to 35 employees, directing scheduling and assignments to meet productivity, service, quality and cost targets.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement through PDCA/A3 methods, and you will provide direction, coaching and accountability to your team while collaborating with the broader supply chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent and 3+ years supervising direct reports.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or production operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 35 employees, directing and coordinating scheduling and work assignments.
• Drive productivity, serviceability, quality and cost targets.
• Use PDCA/A3 tools for continuous improvement with leadership and operators.
• Provide direction and support to the team to achieve goals and objectives.
• Oversee operations at the Kansas Manufacturing facility in Lawrence on 2nd shift.
