Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a freight operations supervisor in California to oversee daily freight handling and ensure process accuracy. You will lead a team of handlers, coordinate loading/unloading, and enforce regulatory compliance across operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in freight/logistics, strong leadership, and solid experience with WMS and TMS platforms. This role requires on-site management and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in freight operations or logistics roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of freight handling processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
