Job summary

The Schnellecke Group is seeking a Supervisor in Chattanooga, TN to provide daily operational leadership for warehouse teams, focusing on safety, productivity, and customer care. You will oversee staffing, processes, and KPI tracking to ensure reliable service and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and 2nd shift availability (3:30pm–12:00am) with overtime as needed. A high school diploma is required and prior supervision experience is preferred.

• Assist with planning, reporting, and budget related activities as needed.

The Supervisor is responsible for providing daily operational leadership to team member while ensuring a safe, efficient, and high performing work environment. This role supports all aspects of warehouse operations, including safety compliance, performance management, process improvement, and achievement of customer care and production goals within the Chattanooga, TN facility.

Job Requirements

• Must have the ability to work 2nd shift hours 3:30pm - 12:00am and overtime as required
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing supervision preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Data entry and computer skills may be required
• Must be Fluent in English
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours and overtime as needed
