SUMMARY
This position is responsible for direct supervision of fabrication employees. This position will plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, recommend improvements in the fabrication departments, operating procedures and working conditions. This position will be responsible for holding employees accountable for company and individual goals.
HOURS: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm. Mandated overtime worked on Friday based on business need.
