Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our disaster restoration team in a leading role overseeing remediation crews. The candidate will manage on-site restoration efforts, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety standards are met across residential, commercial, and large-loss projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of experience leading a remediation/restoration crew, with IICRC training preferred.

Qualifications

• This position requires leading a work crew in remediation/restoration.
• IICRC training is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large losses.
• Handle water, wind, fire, mold mitigation and basic construction tasks.
• Schedule and dispatch workers, crews, equipment, and vehicles.
• Manage and supervise restoration crews.
• Ensure work aligns with IICRC guidelines.
• Collect all daily paperwork such as timesheets.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

BMS CAT is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team NOW.

We are seeking individuals with a remediation background who have experience leading a team of restoration and remediation technicians. Essential Functions

• Support various levels of residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large losses
• Handle water, wind, fire, mold, and other mitigation work, along with basic construction, demolition, and content manipulation
• Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles
• Manage and supervise the restoration crews
• Ensure that technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC guidelines
• Confirm that all daily paperwork, including timesheets, is collected
• Make certain all documentation is complete

Experience and Requirements

• This position will require you to be on call
• Three to seven years of experience leading a work crew (remediation/restoration)
• IICRC training and certification preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screening
