Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead restoration and remediation crews in the Houston area. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of supervisory experience on job sites and a background in water, fire, mold, and related mitigation.

IICRC training is preferred, bilingual ability is a plus, and you must pass background and drug screening. On-call duties are required, and applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of experience leading a work crew (remediation/restoration).
• IICRC training and certification preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screening.
• On-call requirement.

Responsibilities

• Support various levels of residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large losses.
• Handle water, wind, fire, mold, and other mitigation work, along with basic construction, demolition, and content manipulation.
• Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles.
• Manage and supervise the restoration crews.
• Ensure that technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC guidelines.
• Confirm that all daily paperwork, including timesheets, is collected.
• Make certain all documentation is complete.
