Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM) is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a defined production area in San Antonio, with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will supervise Team Leads and Operators, drive daily takt-time adherence, and partner with the Operations Manager to remove production constraints.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 3–7 years in manufacturing with leadership experience.

The Operations Supervisor is a first-line people leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of a defined production area (e.g., Framing, Assembly, Integration, Test, or Fabrication). The WCS ensures that all teams operate safely, meet takt time and schedule targets, and deliver high-quality output in alignment with KPIs. This role manages multiple Team Leads and Operators and partners closely with the Operations Manager to identify constraints, support continuous improvement, and maintain flow across the work center.
Note: This position will be based temporarily in NE San Antonio while our new manufacturing plant is coming online. Our permanent location is approximately 25 minutes away at Brooks, 7515 Inner Circle Dr., San Antonio, 78235. The position is also 100% in-office and does not offer remote work.
