Are you a proven floor supervisor or shift lead currently capped in a rigid, bureaucratic corporate structure? Are you ready to step into the #1 on-site operational leadership role at a major manufacturing facility with a direct track for executive advancement?
Talent Harbor has partnered with a premier, stable national manufacturer and distributor specializing in high-performance structural building materials and architectural metal systems (operating nationwide since 1974). We are seeking a hands‑on, highly autonomous Operations Supervisor / Superintendent to take full ownership of our client's plant floor in Sacramento, CA.
Sacramento is our client's largest regional facility nationwide. Because regional executive management operates with multi-site oversight, you will serve as the primary tactical operational presence on‑site. You will run back‑office manufacturing, custom metal roll‑forming, machinery utilization, and plant logistics like your own business.
We are looking for a 90% floor‑first operator—someone who brings strong people skills, thrives on real‑time line troubleshooting, and is motivated to earn a rapid promotion into executive site management (General Manager).
Note: This position completely owns back‑office manufacturing, machinery, and plant logistics. Front‑office administrative duties (such as customer invoicing and sales order entry) are managed separately.
