Job summary

ID Logistics US in Reno seeks an on-site Operations Supervisor to lead a warehouse team, Monday–Friday 1500–2330. You’ll promote safety, improve processes, set targets, and coach staff while ensuring GMP for a food-grade facility and 100% customer satisfaction. Duties include attendance, safety monitoring, and reporting to management.

Required: high school/GED with some college, 2+ years supervising warehousing, strong communication. Bachelor’s degree and Lean Six Sigma are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with some college level study is required.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follows established operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
• Provides 100% customer satisfaction.
• Builds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates.
• Helps maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitors daily compliance with safety procedures.
• Investigates accidents and prepares reports.
• Provides on-the-job coaching and training needed to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels.
• Helps coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers, complaints and associate concerns productivity and quality of work.
• Oversee associates.
• Maintain proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food grade warehouse.

Position Overview:

The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in managing their team's workflow by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management. They ensure safety and efficiency by improving processes, setting team targets, and acting as a link between employees and upper management. Supervisors are also responsible for coaching and resolving issues.

Compensation/Benefits:

Attractive annual salary range of of $65,000-$75,000 DOE plus bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.

Minimum Requirements:
