Qualifications

• Helps maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitors daily compliance with safety procedures.
• Investigates accidents and prepares reports.
• Provides on-the-job coaching and training to ensure skills are maintained.
• Helps coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers, concerns productivity and quality of work.
• Oversee associates.
• Maintain GMP for food-grade warehouse.

Position Overview:

The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in managing their team's workflow by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management. They ensure safety and efficiency by improving processes, setting team targets, and acting as a link between employees and upper management. Supervisors are also responsible for coaching and resolving issues.

Wednesday- Saturday 7:00am-5:30pm

Compensation/Benefits:

Attractive annual salary of $72,000- $80,000 plus bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with some college level study is required.


• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.


• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
