Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Berlin, WI. This position oversees daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring workflows are efficient, safe, and compliant with company policies and customer requirements. The role includes supervising and mentoring team members, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and supporting training and development. The Operations Supervisor coordinates with internal teams and external partners to manage inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, process improvements, and issue resolution. This role also involves tracking key performance indicators, analyzing operational data, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high service quality and productivity.
