Job summary

DocGo is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Louisville, KY. This part-time role requires open weekend availability and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage with company contributions, plus PTO and 401k.

You will supervise field operations, coordinate scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies while supporting regional logistics and QA/QI efforts. The position requires strong communication, tech literacy, and at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with a valid driver’s license and

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Tech-savvy with ability to use computer systems.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (2+ years) with clean record.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Experience in staff scheduling and logistics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations to ensure quality and cost-effective service.
• Collaborate with supervisory team for continuity and communication.
• Ensure personnel follow company policies and procedures.
• Travel to satellite bases and regional events as needed.
• Oversee site stocking, cleaning, and maintenance to meet state requirements.
• Keep facilities and equipment clean, sanitary, and functional.
• Handle scheduling, staffing, logistics, QA/QI, and performance management.
• Support team with operations, logistics, staffing, and scheduling.
• Perform other field duties as assigned.
