Job summary

DocGo is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (RN) in Las Cruces, NM to lead a team of mobile clinicians delivering in-home and event-based patient care. You will supervise field staff, ensure clinical standards, and support vaccine programs while collaborating with clinical leadership and operations.

The role requires an NM RN license, 3–5 years nursing experience (supervisory preferred), BLS, and strong communication. Travel up to 50% and on-site work at a busy mobile health operation are expected.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted NM RN license.
  • Driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience; supervisory/charge nurse experience preferred.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision, coaching and support to mobile health team in the field.
  • Lead daily huddles and share updates consistently.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding and competency evaluations as needed.
  • Enforce policies and procedures; issue disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Oversee clinical workflows, troubleshoot equipment and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will supervise a team of mobile clinicians providing in-home and event-based patient care by ensuring high-quality clinical standards & workflows are adhered to, and nurses are trained and competent to deliver excellent patient care. The clinical supervisor will work directly with the regional clinical manager and clinical leadership in the development and support of ongoing projects, including primary care, gap closure, transitional care, and vaccine programs while ensuring nurses have the knowledge and resources they need to perform at the top of their license.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeadership & SupervisionProvide direct supervision, coaching, and support to mobile health collaborators in the field, ensuring professional conduct and adherence to clinical & company standards.Lead daily huddles, sharing updates and information consistently and effectivelyParticipate in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing competency evaluations of clinical personnel, as neededSupport a positive team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Serve as a liaison between frontline staff and leadership, escalating concerns and providing recommendations for improvement.Enforce company policies & procedures, issuing verbal and/or written disciplinary action, as necessaryClinical Oversight & Quality AssuranceServe as an expert for clinical workflows, use of Athena EHR, and troubleshooting clinical equipment used in the fieldCollaborate with clinical leadership to develop & disseminate clinical workflow improvementsSupport core functions of the vaccine program, including querying vaccine registries and/or vaccine pack-out proceduresEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies, protocols, and accreditation standards.Participate in audits, quality reviews, incident investigations, and corrective action planning, as necessary.Training & Professional DevelopmentSupport orientation, skills training & competency sign-offs for nursing staff, as needed.Coach team members on clinical workflows, patient communication & safetyIdentify individual skill gaps and coordinate additional learning opportunitiesOperational SupportAssist with scheduling, workload distribution, and resource planning, as needed.In collaboration with Operations team members, ensure inventory control of medical supplies, PPE, vaccine supplies, and equipmentProvide direct patient care to support operations in times of callouts or operational need, up to 50% of a typical work weekOccasional travel to satellite basesOther duties as assignedQualificationsActive, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of NM.Driver’s License (2 years as a minimum) with an acceptable driving recordMinimum 3–5 years of nursing experience; supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.Current BLS certificationStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of safety and care.Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital – Critical Care, Family Practice or other relevant areas experience preferredClinical work experience with patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatricsEEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer.
