Job summary

Lunds & Byerlys in Edina, MN is hiring a vibrant and outgoing full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This role works a full-time schedule and offers a competitive wage of $20.50 - 29.13/hr ensuring opportunities for growth and development.

The Operations Supervisor will greet customers, supervise front-end operations, manage bookkeeping and payroll, and coach team members to deliver outstanding service across the store.

Qualifications

• Three or more years previous retail or food service experience desired.
• Previous supervisory experience desired.
• Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Lunds & Byerlys 50th St Edina

is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.50 - 29.13/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 7:00am - 11:00pm.

Operations Supervisor Responsibilities

Our Operations Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Supervising and assisting front-end operations including:
• Scanning items
• Entering pricing data
• Processing payment
• Packaging groceries
• Resolving any checkout concerns
• Bookkeeping and payroll processing
• Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees
