Lunds & Byerlys Northeast Minneapolis is seeking a full-time Bakery Supervisor to deliver a sensational shopping experience. Earn $22.50-$27.25 per hour with a schedule around 5:30am–7:00pm, seven days a week, in a busy bakery department.

You will greet customers, stock pastries, train staff, and maintain a clean workplace while supporting the store’s leadership team and providing friendly service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail or food service experience desired.
• Previous supervisory experience desired.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification

Lunds & Byerlys Northeast Minneapolis is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Bakery Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $22.50 - $27.25/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 5:30am - 7:00pm Monday - Sunday.

Bakery Supervisor Responsibilities

Our Bakery Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers with bakery purchases
• Stocking and rotating pastries, confections and other bakery products
• Assisting the manager in coaching, training, mentoring, and leading staff to accomplish department and personal goals
• Maintaining a clean department
